MyFFS is a mobile application designed for workshop and mechanical workers. It allows users to manage tasks in a workshop, collaborate on jobs, log time, attach photos and comments to tasks, and manage product usage related to those tasks.

We do not collect any personal information such as name, email, or contact details.

However, we collect and use the following device-level information:

a. Device Identifier

We collect the device ID solely for the purpose of registering the device with our backend system.
 

This allows for secure identification of devices in the task management workflow.
 

This data is not shared with third parties and is not used for advertising or analytics.
 

b. Camera Access

The app requests access to the camera so users can take and attach photos to tasks.
 

These photos are used to document task progress and are uploaded to our secure backend system for task tracking and reporting.
 

Photos are not shared with third parties and are used only within the app’s task-related features.
 

c. Microphone Access

We request access to the microphone to enable voice-to-text transcription when users add comments to a task.
 

Audio input is used only for real-time transcription and is not stored or transmitted beyond the device.
 

3. How We Use the Information

The information collected is used exclusively to enable app functionality, specifically:

Registering and identifying the device within our backend system.
 

Documenting task status with photos.
 

Enabling users to use voice-to-text for adding task comments.
 

We do not:

Use data for advertising or marketing.

4. Data Storage and Security

We store data (such as task photos and device ID) in our secure backend system and take appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
